The creation of Sage and Season is a personal venture combining these passions to deliver foods inspired by my travels and home-grown produce alongside floristry for weddings and events influenced and guided by seasonal flowers and foliage’s.

Both avenues are based on creative processes and responding to the material in hand. This is where working seasonally and growing our own food and flowers allows us to have a better understanding of the product . It also is hugely reflected in the quality and experience of the final outcome for the client and guest.

Hampshire offers a fabulous larder for a cook and florist and I work closely with a number of local suppliers to provide the best that the season has to offer.
